HR Practitioner
Johannesburg CONTRACT POSITION

An exciting position exists in our company. We are looking for an HR Practitioner with generalist HR experience to join our dynamic team in support of our organisational strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 to 5 years proven generic HR experience;
• Strong Administration skills;
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word skills;


Skills Development:
• Assistant Company SDF (Skills Development Facilitator)
• Collation and submission of mandatory return submissions
• Sign off of Training spend for payment
• Maintain all training records
• Ad-hoc requests for training research, providers and options
• Facilitation of annual CPD intake.
• Advise employees on T&D initiatives and programs to assist with skills development and retention

BEE:
• Input into annual BBBEE Verification process on all pillars
• Compiling audit file for verification submission Induction:
• Full On Boarding process for new employees including (Learners, Graduates, Bursars ) Health & Safety:
• Ensures that statutory requirements, committee functions and mandatory training requirements are implemented

Reviews:
• Coordination, Collation and submission of Performance Reviews
• HR Representative on reviews IR
• Advising management with initializing performance management processes, advice, employee consultations and formal disciplinary action if necessary Human Capital Development (Learnership, Graduates, Bursars)
• Submission of Letters of Intent to Seta
• Ensure SLA’s are in place for all programmes before programme commences.
• Submission of quarterly feedback and supporting documents are submitted for discretionary grants in line with SLA requirements
• Identify and coordinate required training for HCD Employees
• Identify mentors within the business for HCD Employees
• Quarterly reviews of Graduates to monitor candidates progress and continued growth
• Coordination of Vacation Work for Bursars
• Ongoing communication with all HCD employees Administration
• Ad-hoc requests and queries from management and employees for stats, access reports and so forth.
