Human Resource Practitioner

Location: Bryanston, JHB
Salary: R13k – R15k per month

Purpose of the Role:
To ensure effective Human Resources support to the business through adequate delivery of HR Services, practices and procedures. The Human Resource Practitioner will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures. Other activities will include recruitment of staff, remuneration, labour relations, benefit management, training and employee services.
Requirements:
Relevant Degree or Diploma in HR Management
2+ years’ experience within an HR Team
Payroll system preferred
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Time Management
Deadline driven
Attention to detail
Must be able to work in a pressurized environment

Duties:
Recruitment for all departments including headhunting and screening of all CV's received
HR Administration
Payroll Administration
Dealing with IR related matters
Training and Development
Induction for new starters
Assisting Managers with performance appraisals
Submission of WSP/ATR to MICT seta
Assisting with implementing all policies and procedures
Assist with any HR reporting
Ensuring with the assistance of the HR Manager that the company complies with the necessary statutory requirements e.g. Employment Equity
