Our Client, an international organisation based in Pretoria, requires the services of a decisive individual who can successfully work with people, deliver results while adhering to principles and values.

Minimum Requirements

Head and shoulders photograph together with updated CV
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate /valid driver’s license
Relevant degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology
SABCP registered
Sound knowledge of Labour Relations legislation – BCEA, SDA, EEA and LRA and Skills Development Act
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in generalist recruitment of which 2 years thereof managing a team
Proven track record with CONTACTABLE LANDLINE REFERENCES
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Powerpoint, Pastel Evolution
Accurate ability to plan, direct, monitor, organise financial controls and reports originating from the HR Department thereby influencing a positive outcome
Strong organisational and planning skills with close attention to detail under pressure
Must be a strategic thinker with strong analytical, conceptual and creative problem-solving skills
Successfully adhering to principles, values and confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with an aptitude to persuade, influence, initiate and network
Police Clearance Certificate

Key Responsibilities

Implement best practice HR policies and procedures and ensuring the Company is in compliance with Labour Law requirements.
Managing and directing all HR operations and recruitment on all levels.
Organising constant coaching, training and development of team in staffing strategy.
Liaise with all departmental heads on job descriptions and requirements needed for their department as well as advising them on the Disciplinary Codes and procedures, performance management and forecasting.
Have the ability to manage misconduct and incapacity up to and including the disciplinary hearing.
Any other related tasks.
