What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Mineral Processing Machinery sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Build Relationships with Mines and & Mining Project Houses
* New Lead Generation
* Technical Needs Analysis (In partnership with Tech Sales)
* Present Proposals and Close
* Complete Tenders, RFIs, RFQs

Key Job Deliverables:

* Grow Revenues by 30% per annum
* Grow African Market by 100%
* New Customer Acquisition

Background work experience:

* 3 years Sales to Mines & Mining Houses
* 3 years Acquiring new Mining Customers
* 3 years Technical specification of machinery (Supported by tech team)
* 3 years Aligning the organisation to the sale and closing the deal
* Technical Dip
* Existing Strong Relationships in Mineral Processing Sector
* Dealing with SA and African mines and houses such as DRA and Hatch
* Cold calling, canvassing, networking, referrals, trade shows, opening doors at new customers
* Site visits to plant, understanding mineral extraction process, specing a solution
* Determining decision makers, key influencers and affected individuals, aligning them to your solution
* Advantageous: Specific sales experience of mineral processing machinery

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R 350K to R 400K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
