JOB SCOPE
• Product sales position for HVAC (Chillers, fan coils, air handling units).
• Responsible for the sale of the client’s Products & Services to end users, contractors, and consultants.
• Needs to be able to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
• Needs to be proactive by finding opportunities and actively chasing them, while continuously meeting the customer’s expectations.
• Create competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals.
• Negotiates the value of our proposals and impact to the customer’s business in order to close the sale.
• Negotiate terms & conditions to ensures that the client’s financial standards are fully adhered to.
• Keeps manager informed of changes in the marketplace and progress on customer status.
• Develops network of contacts to promote the client’s products and services with a specific view of closing deals.
• In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Self motivated, energetic go-getter.
• Strong sales & networking ability.
• Some experience is preferred but not a prerequisite. Emphasis is on the individual’s ability.
• Good initiative and interpersonal communications skills both in writing and verbally.
• Actively listens, probes and identifies the customers need. Understands the customer’s business and speaks their language.
• Ability to demonstrate good market expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
