Location: Midrand, Johannesburg
Description: A company that provides products and services to life sciences, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries requires an ICP Application Specialist to join their team. Key duties include but is not limited to: provide both pre and post sales technical support and customer consulting for the whole product range; provide application and training support services at all levels to both internal and external customers, maximizing instrument sales and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Requirements: Scientific qualification with in depth knowledge on ICP-OES and ICP-MS essential. Knowledge on ISO17025 and GLP an advantage. Valid driver’s licence. Available to travel 20% of the time.
Additional Requirements: Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Deadline driven. Good time management and multi-tasking skills. Self-driven.
Remuneration: Market related.
