ICT Clubhouse Coordinator
(1 year fixed term contract)

Job Purpose
Coordinate, train, administer and implement ICT and TDU Functions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate Clubhouse Activities.
2. Responsible for Clubhouse Staff Development.
3. Develop, plan and implement all clubhouse events.
4. Liaise with all relevant stakeholders, partners and sponsors.
5. Adhere to all parent body, partner, accreditation body, sponsor requirements.
6. Adhere to license agreement.
7. Ensure optimal support to young people- usage of computer, designing of own games, videos, music, art, graphic designs, robots, science simulations, animations, etc.
8. Teach, coach, conduct workshops on at least three of the following topics:

? Graphic design,
? Animation,
? Visual art
? Simulations
? Video production
? Music production
? Photography
? Game design
? Robotics
? Web design

9. Develop and implement innovative, creative, exciting projects for clubhouse members.
10. Provide basic computer maintenance, including file management, trouble shooting and technical support to clubhouse clients.
11. Administration of clubhouse program operations.
12. Development and implementation of all clubhouse activities.
13. Administer Clubhouse Finances.
14. Assist with ad-hoc ICT, TDU, Sci-bono, GDE Projects and activities.

Minimum requirements:
Education
• Formal ICT qualification (Certificate/ Degree/ Diploma)
• IT teaching/ training credential required.
• IT Qualification in technical hardware software; networking, programming; database design and management advantageous.
• IT qualification in at least 3 of the below:

? Photoshop
? Illustration
? Premier
? Affect effect
? Sketch up 2014
? Blender 2.7.1
? Gimp 2
? Scratch 1.4
? Fruity Loop 11
? Notepad ++
? Java
? C++
? PHP


Experience (min. 2 years)
• Strong ICT program management and coordination skills
• Facilitating, training and mentoring of youth on ICT Programs
• Community outreach to involve a diverse group of youth, parents and community leaders
• Training administration advantageous
• Exposure to educational background
• IT Experience in technical hardware software; networking, programming; database design and management advantageous.
• IT experience and proficiency required in at least three of the software packages listed above.
• Proven track record of design projects in any of the programs/ software listed above
• Portfolio of projects required.
