A cutting-edge technology company is looking for an ICT Manager, the role includes taking responsibility for the full ICT function within the company, formulation and implementation of annual ICT Strategy/Plans and associated budgets.
SLA management, service transition management as well as service operation management.
Knowledge of ICT technologies such as, storage, networking, virtualization, firewalling, and antimalware/antivirus, messaging platforms, VPN, open source technologies, Server technologies (Linux, Windows) backup and replication.
Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as intrusion detection, prevention and hacking countermeasures.

Qualification:

Relevant qualifications and certifications in IT

Skills & Experience:

At least 5 years’ experience as team leader/manager in an IT corporate environment Knowledge of ICT technologies such as, storage, networking, virtualization, firewalling, and antimalware/antivirus, messaging platforms, VPN, open source technologies, Server technologies (Linux, Windows) backup and replication.
Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as intrusion detection, prevention and hacking countermeasures.

Knowledge of the following technologies are advantageous:
- Software Build Automation E.g. Maven, Jenkins, Nexus
- ICT/Devops Automation e.g. puppet, ansible
-Monitoring e.g. Nagios, Zabbix, Zenoss
- Source control management e.g. Git, Subversion
- Service Desk/Issue Management – Jira Service Desk

Salary – R90 000 CTC per month
