My client is seeking a suitably qualified Junior ICT Network Engineer to appoint on an internship bases, to support their business goals and strategic objectives.

The purpose for the position is to provide technical support of products and systems deployed for solutions offered to the customers. Assist Systems Engineer with Information systems and database development and design.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering
• A+, N+, CCNA experience
• MySQL experience (advantageous)
• Computer literate with working knowledge, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• An understanding of computer hardware and terminology
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Investigate, analyse and provide solutions to technical problems
• Provide service and maintenance of all computers in the business unit
• Configuring and supporting client solutions
• Provide telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues
• Hardware support
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently and effectively
• Assist with network infrastructure implementation, maintenance and upgrades
• Perform all jobs as per training and work instruction
