ICT PROJECT MANAGER

The main purpose of this position is to provide ICT Project management service (on contractual basis) to the ICT Division for the Transformation project. This individual will service in entire ICT delivery stream identified in the Transformation project

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Systems specialising in Project Management
Certification in Project Management Professional (Advantage)
3 – 5 years’ experience in ICT Project Management
Complex ICT systems delivery project management experience
Experience working with Microsoft Project Management Tool

Responsibilities:
To develop ICT project plans, goals, and budgets
To identify and allocate project resources needed to deliver the work
To develop schedules and methods for measuring results
To guide and perform strategic analysis for the project
To organise and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
To assemble and coordinate project team members and assigning individual responsibilities
To prepare requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
To coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
To manage the relationship with all stakeholders
To perform risk management to minimize project risks
To plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications; and
To issue project reporting on regular basis to the relevant stakeholders
