Job Purpose
To train, administer, and support ICT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• To deliver training of ICT Projects.
• Provide training support to all learners.
• Coordinate completion and collection of learners POE.
• Administration of the ICT projects, activities and events.
• To provide technical support to trainees.
• To deliver training and provide training support in line with MICT SETA standards.
• Liaise with all stakeholders: Sci-Bono Officials and trainers, GDE Officials, School Management and Staff, ETDP and MICT SETA representatives.
• Assist with ICT Asset Management.
Minimum requirements:
1.1 Education
• Project Administration an advantage
• Required IT qualifications: Cisco ITE & CCNA, CompTIA A+ AND Network+, Microsoft Office/EUC qualification
• IT qualification in technical hardware software and/or networking, programming, and/or database design and management
• Formal qualification (certificate/degree/diploma) in training advantageous.
• Strong IT teaching/training credential will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of MS Project

1.2 Relevant work experience
• Experience in coordinating projects
• Strong administration Skills
• Experience in managing facilitating or training of ICT programs advantageous
• Experience in project administration.
• Exposure to educational environment.
• IT Experience in technical hardware and/or networking, programming, and/or database design and management.
• Project management experience advantageous.
