Drive your career ahead in this 16 bedded ICU unit. They are seeking an ICU trained or experienced registered nurse to join their ICU department which consist of General Surgical, Medical, Orthopaedics and Neuro patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver intensive & comprehensive quality patient care to meet the health needs of patients.
• Administer medication as per doctor’s orders & monitor effectiveness & adverse reactions
• Adhere to Patients’ Rights at all times.
• Prevent incidents and manage medico-legal risks.
• Conduct comprehensive patient care audits.
• Ensure all patient records and charts meet legal requirements.
• Control of stock and equipment in accordance with hospital policy.
• Ensure a therapeutic environment by maintaining health and safety standards and complying with infection prevention and control policy.

Requirements:
• Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
• Post basic in Critical Care would be advantageous
• Need to have at least 2 – 5 years ICU experience
