You're ambitious, quick thinking and have a natural passion for sales. You have a strong desire to be successful in business. You love working in a professional sales team environment and get a huge buzz from the thrill of bringing in a sale. Your goal each week is to ensure that your name stays at the top of our sales screens as our top achiever, week after week, month after month.
Initially you will join a 4-6 week graduate sales programme. This is an incredibly successful sales training course combining both classroom theory and on the job learning where you'll master the latest sales techniques from the best trainers in the business. Your training and development will continue throughout your career with us to ensure you become the very best sales professional.
Once graduated from our training course, you will start teaching and training new sales recruits yourself. You will then become responsible for training and leading a sales team.
Based in buzzy, modern offices in Pinetown, Durban, you'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging sales environment.
