Black Pen Immigration is looking for an Immigration consultant to join our team. With beautiful offices located in Seapoint, Cape Town, your role would be to consult with an international market in providing immigration services.

You’re perfect for this position if you:

• Have 3 years’ work experience in South African immigration law
• Have an excellent command of the English language and good writing skills
• Have an excellent phone manner and the ability to engage professionally with international clients
• Are comfortable working in a high-pressured environment and answering a high volume of queries
• Are organised and have good time management skills
• Are target-driven
• Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Are a team-player
• Are a proven self-starter with good commercial awareness
• Are computer literate, particularly in MS Excel, Word and Outlook

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, advising and interviewing prospective clients
• Identifying opportunities to sell other services to prospective clients
• Proactive and reactive consulting
