specialises in the development, distribution and implementation of Employee
Relationship Management Solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Software implementation /
support consultant with a suitable qualification.

Minimum Requirements

* Proven track record in implementing HR software solutions.
* Excellent knowledge of HR business processes.
* 3-5 years' experience with onsite implementation system
configuration and training of line management with a proper reputable HR
Software systems and technology provider to both medium and large companies
* Own transport, valid drivers license.
* Experience in:
- Business analysis.
- Software testing.
- User Training.
- User support.
- Project management.
* Ability to draft training manuals
* Prepared to travel in South Africa and Africa and be away for
periods of between 3-7 days on occasions.
* Ability to write reports.
* Intermediate technical ability

Outputs

If successful, you will be required to manage our client relationships from
the consultative sales activities, through the product implementation and
training phases to final sign off and ongoing support. We will assist you
every step of the way with proven methodologies and documentation.
