Job Title: Implementation Specialist
Salary: R 30,000
Area: Pretoria

Description:
Company based in Pretoria is in urgent need of an Implementation Specialist to start as soon as possible!
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade12)
• Drivers licence with own vehicle
• Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.)
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Demonstrable experience working with customers to support the delivery of software contracts
• Proven success of consistently meeting client expectations on implementation

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Get up to speed with all products, especially the facilities, and stay abreast of new developments
• Engage with newly signed up clients to determine their exact needs with regards to the facilities operations
• Guide client with regards to preparation of data required to onboard
• Configure all facilities platform to address client operational requirements
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner and customer accounts
• Support existing Facilities clients on-site if required
• Assist support with on-line queries
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer and partner needs on an ongoing basis during implementation and report back to management and sales
• Participate in sales pitches, where required, by working with the sales team
• Ensures that data is accurately entered and managed within the Company’s systems
• Achieve implementation targets within promised turnaround times
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
• Ensures customer accounts are ‘Promoter’ status.

Experience:
• From two years demonstrable experience in working within facility management sector
