Utility Implementer

A well-established based in Paarden Eiland are looking to employ an Implementer.


Job Description:
The Implementer will be required but not limited to administer utility accounts such as electricity, water and sewer, refuse, property rates, and ensure that all necessary changes reflect accordingly.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Efficient in data entry such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Telephone protocol and etiquette
Manage daily operations of the office
Use of Microsoft Outlook
Liaising with Municipalities, Eskom and clients
Negotiating
Travelling to Municipalities, Eskom and clients
Creating a contact base
Secretarial and administrative duties
Customer service duties
Respond to queries timeously
Support business team

Requirements:
Matric or equivalent
2 – 3 Years’ experience in a similar position.
Experience liaising with municipalities and working with utility accounts essential
Valid driver’s license
Own vehicle advantageous
Communication skills – written and verbal
Attention to detail
Self-management
Multitasking
Team worker
Personal and professional presentation
