Job Responsibilities:
• Apply for all relevant import permits with ITAC and ensure that it is kept up to date
• Communicate all expected imports with the Freight Forwarder
• Arrange all outward payments on time
• Monitor exchange rate hourly and report same to Management and relevant parties
• Ensure that the relevant documents are received from suppliers in order to import goods into the country
• Update all required information on the necessary spreadsheets

Job Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent customer relations
• High attention to detail
• Excellent administration skills

Education and Experience:
• Matric/Grade 12
• 2 Years’ experience in shipping industry
