Our client is looking for an Imports Customs Clearing Controller to join their dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma in International Trade or Shipping
A minimum of 5 years experience in forwarding and shipping (additional retail / FMCG experience is preferred)
Computer Literate (Advanced skills in Excel and Customs clearance system)
Understanding of Supply Chain principles and their implementation
Knowledge Customs Laws and Excise Act
Knowledge of Incoterms, foreign exchange procedures and Letters of Credit
International experience (Supply Chain / Imports)
Understanding of warehouse operations is preferred
Understanding of related technical terms, processes and procedures pertaining forwarding, shipping and clearing.
