My client is looking for an In -House Graphic Designer required for a company in the Beauty Industry.
The Company is based in Milnerton Cape Town. We are looking for someone that has a passion for this environment, is enthusiastic, and wants to work with the team to ensure success.


Requirements for the position is as follows :

GRAPHIC DESIGN
• Relevant qualification
• Proficient in Adobe Software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Minimum of 1 years practical graphic design experience
• Creation of monthly designs for social media platforms
• Monthly newsletter design and layout
• General office designs
• Knowledge of graphic design trends

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
• Website development / edits where necessary – keep up to date (Proficient in WordPress)
• Management of Facebook and Instagram accounts
• Creation of monthly content calendar
• Strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Scheduling and boosting of posts
• Determine ideal target markets for boosting budgets with Facebook and Instagram
• Management of social media enquiries (distribute to relevant parties where necessary)
• Grow social media followings (generating new likes)
• Source and follow salons / companies of interest to us.
• Distribution of monthly / quarterly newsletter via the website
• Suggestions of monthly content for social media and newsletters

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & RESEARCH
• General Industry research
• Follow industry leaders to keep up to date on latest trends and developments
• Research into potential product suppliers
