Job Description:
An "in-house" IT technician is required for a corporate Client to ensure the smooth operation of All IT Aspects within the company.
This person will be responsible for the companies IT Needs and will be the first line of Support for users for All IT related issues.
Competencies
Setup and resolution of the following:
- Windows (XP, 7, 8, Server)
- Microsoft Office (2003, 2007, 2010, 2013)
- Email
- Internet
- Printers
- Network (Routers, Switches and Wireless Access Points)
- Mobile devices (iPad, iPhones, Android)
Required:
- Previous Support experience (telephonic and remote)
- Must have a calm and patient demeanor
- Must be able to operate efficiently in a pressurized environment.
- Must resolve issues within the agreed upon SLA Time frames
- Must have your own Cellphone
- Must have your Own (reliable) Car
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Beneficial:
- Google Apps (Gmail) experience
- Working in a corporate environment
