Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the successful incumbent is expected to manage, organise and maintain the day-to-day operations within the In Room Dining Department as well as overseeing and assisting with the Minibar operations whilst maintaining the exceptional customer service standards
Required Experience & Qualifications
A recognised 3 year qualification in Hospitality Management highly recommended
Two to three years relevant experience in a similar position within a 5 star hotel environment
Exposure to IR management and disciplinary processes preferable
Proficiency in Microsoft packages essential ( Word, Excel, email ) essential
Working knowledge of Materials Control and Micros essential
Key Responsibilities
Complete all daily duties as set out in departmental duties and requirements
Report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager
Ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage service are maintained
Managing and controlling all costs relating to the outlet operation
