* Receive inbound calls / website requests for drafting client quotations.

* Make outbound calls to assist clients requesting relocation quotes.

* Draft relevant quotations and invoices.

* Assist the client telephonically with his/her relocation requirements.

* Manage prospective bookings for the clients.

* Consult with the client regarding his/her relocation process and manage expectations.

* Complete the necessary administration for each client.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

* Matric / Grade 12 qualification.

* An outstanding academic record and a stable career history.

* Call-center experience will be highly beneficial.

* Have excellent professional verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.

* A skilled networker and adapt customer relationship management skills.

* Computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

* Meticulous, immaculate attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

* The ability to deal with difficult clients.

* A Self-starter and a go-getter.

* Willing to work one Saturday in a month and occasional long hours until work is done.
