Our client requires Inbound Customer Service Agents in the Westville area.

Your responsibility as an Inbound Agent is to drive customer satisfaction and you will be required to:

•Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on all inbound calls.
• Handle Sales & Service enquiries through inbound calls
• Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs by utilizing your product knowledge and support provided on regular basis
• Adhere to internal requirements i.e., real time, QA, etc
• Be at work on daily basis and adhering to your schedules
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers
• Handle enquiries with regard to product, pricing, customer relations and complaints
• Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer enquiries while completing other assigned tasks
• Pay close attention to detail, reviewing, and adding necessary notes to provide excellent customer service
• Read your MS Outlook emails on regular basis to self-learn on daily updates
• Responsible for maintaining and updating customer records based on offers made to customer
• May require to do overtime from time to time due to business requirements
• Organize your own transports and being at work on time. Transport is not the companies responsibility

Requirements:
• Have a minimum of 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Matric
• Reliable Transport

Working Hours:
8 hour shifts Monday - Sunday from 07:00 - 23:00.
