Fluent in Afrikaans ESSENTIAL!!!!
RE 5 completed
2 Years sales and/or short term insurance experience
30 FAIS short term insurance credits and/or full FAIS qualification (preferable)
Call centre experience advantageous

Duties

All queries/amendments/cancellations and Insures are dealt with within agreed SLA
Upselling targets are met
Amendments to policies are done accurately and timeously
First Call Resolution policy is adhered to
Supporting the Sales team with generation of leads
Adhere to Churn ratio budget
Advice is fit and proper
Maintain Service Level efficiencies
Compliments are received
Agreed process is followed in negotiations with Underwriting team

All Call centre metrics are within agreed levels
