Looking for an Incentives Coordinator for Destination Management Company to effectively quote, manage and execute all meetings, incentives and events in Southern Africa

Experience required:
5 years experience handling MICE bookings to Southern Africa for international clients
Good knowledge of Southern Africa
MS Office
Tourplan experience beneficial
Matric

Duties include:
Prepare tailor made proposals
Quoting of correct costing in Excel and Tourplan
Implement ground arrangements & domestic / regional reservations
Hiring of additional staff for events
Onsite management of actual event
Travel nationally / regionally if required
