Looking for a Manager for the Incentives department of an inbound tour company.

Previous experience:
Must have a min of 5yrs MICE background with excellent product knowledge
Management experience essential, including delegation and quick and accurate decision making skills
Strategic competencies for the department and company as a whole
Ability to represent the company to internal / external stakeholders and interested parties
Strong ability to interface with clients and suppliers
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Work well under pressure
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to train, lead, control and motivate team
Able to travel local, regional and international
Preferred:
Working knowledge of Tourplan
Broad tourism industry experience
Existing relationships within the MICE industry

Duties include:
Manage and follow-up on lead sources by inquiry, through trade shows and
trade publications
Manage activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure service delivery
Manage and develop familiarization tours and site inspections
Check quotes as well as assist project coordinators with compilation of
quotes when required
Overall responsibility for and management of MICE and cruise ship related
programmes from inception to completion
Attend industry shows and maintain good product knowledge of hotels,
convention venues and services
Accompany clients on various programmes to ensure smooth running of itinerary
Manage, motivate and lead a team of project coordinators
Plan and coordinate staffing
