Leading Group within the Direct Selling space is seeking an Incentives Planner to join their team
Your skills and experience are required to ensure that monthly incentives planning, proposal, execution, control and measurement are done timeously and accurately
We are looking for a candidate with experience in researching and creating incentive ideas and plans from inception to roll-out of the promotion
We require strong analytical skills coupled with experience within a direct selling environment within the FMCG or Retail space
Key areas of focus will include:
Propose monthly incentives that support the both the Sales Department and the overall strategy of the organization.
Ensure that promotions concepts are proposed to the Promotions Manager at least 8 months in advance
Feedback on a monthly basis to the Promotions Manager of all incentives from the previous month based on Forecast vs Actual
Be responsible for the checking of all printed materials that are generated for the use of Incentive purposes
a. Correct Images and products
b. Correct Pricing
c. Correct challenge criteria
Manage Budgets
Quality Control
Stock Control
Campaign Presentation
Ad hoc Incentive Challenges
Matric coupled with BA Communications / Public Relations Diploma or similar qualification is essential
3-4 years hands on experience in similar position
At least 3 years managerial experience in sales
Project management experience
Print experience (advantageous)
Knowledge of direct selling business processes
