Independent Recruitment Consultant
Are you an experienced, highly driven Consultant with senior experience in an agency environment as a Generalist Recruiter, but had enough of working in an office with desk targets? Do you want more flexibility and earn your own commission based income?
• Must have Matric
• Own transport and valid driver’s license
• Degree or diploma in Sales, Industrial Psychology, Psychology, HR or Marketing
• Proven sales track record within the recruitment industry
• An experienced, driven female Recruitment Consultant with 2 years' experience
• Must be based in the PE area
• Who wants to work from home
• An excellent track record and success rate at finding top candidates
• Customer focused with exceptional negotiating and matching skills
• Speed and accuracy in finding the right candidates for clients
• You have the ability to manage your own time
• You have excellent communication skills and is passionate about being the best you can be
• You're not ego driven, but enjoy getting on with the tasks at hand
• Work on the principles of integrity and respect, whether dealing with clients or candidates

• 50% commission paid on placements, access to database and job boards
• You will be responsible for your own expenses and have your own computer with good capacity and speed
