We are looking for independent sales reps for a well known celebrity cosmetics brand.

Min requirements
o Grade 12 (Matric) (sales/marketing tertiary qualification would be an advantage)
o 1 – 2 years’ experience retail sales sector - COSMETICS / SKINCARE
o Computer literacy (intermediate MSExcel, MSOutlook, MSPowerpoint and MSWord)
o Valid driver’s license
o Own transport
Key job functions
o Ensure monthly sales targets are reached or exceeded and maintained at required gross profit margin
o Product merchandising and preferential placement in retail outlets
o Identify and close opportunities through consistent and persistent retail outlet cold-calling
o Identify opportunities to win business where customers currently favor competitor products
o Negotiate win/win business solutions in meeting customer needs
o Liaise and work with sales/marketing contacts in retail outlets
o Provide continuous feed back to management
o Determine key decision makers and establish their needs.
