The role demands an aptitude for process analysis, modeling and review, problem-solving techniques, product and manufacturing knowledge.

Good people skills, analytical/trending skills, proficient communication, and report-writing and investigating skills are important.
You will carry the responsibility of continuously improving the functioning and overall efficiency of the business in all key areas, according to the business strategy and governing excellence plan (and its intent).

We will depend on you to review the aspects to ensure the business is producing an acceptable product at the optimal costs and meets internal and external customer deliveries on time.

You will continuously monitor the process, analyse results and focus on recognising problem areas, as well as develop and execute improvement plans, and provide assistance to teams in implementing the plans.
