RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (MANUFACTURING / PRINTING INDUSTRY) for a large national concern, position based in Sandton, Johannesburg.

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
National Diploma in Industrial Engineering.
3-5 years’ experience in a high speed manufacturing and/or printing environment would be advantageous.
Develop and optimize processes and workflows.
Data analysis for, and management of, continuous improvement projects in production and maintenance environments.
The development of manufacturing methods, labour utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
Create and implement best practice standards.
Confer with vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.
Analyse statistical data & product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability objectives of finished products.
Application of statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards and to coordinate quality control objectives.
The development of manufacturing methods, labour utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
