Our client is a recognized global leader; a South African distributor of Global Premium Brands (new and used equipment) in the Agriculture, Mineral Processing, Earth Moving and Materials Handling Industries offering multiple career advancement opportunities.
They currently have a vacancy for an Industrial Engineer to assist the Sales Engineer to establish and manage the warehouse solutions part of the business.
The successful incumbent will hold a tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering together with 2 years’ experience.
Job Description
Responsible for the preparation and design of warehousing solutions.
Responsible for handling inquiries and prepare quotations.
Prepare technical offers and grow order book.
Maintain customer satisfaction.
Attend to and resolve technical product queries in the area of operation according to customer needs.
Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policies and procedures).
Achieve individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs.
Effective self-management and performance ownership.
Adherence to any reasonable instruction.

Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering
2 years’ experience as an Industrial Engineer
