Toyota South Africa Motors (TSAM) is the largest automaker in South Africa, manufacturing no fewer than five individual models (Hilux, Fortuner, Corolla, Corolla Quest and Quantum) as well as selected Hino and Dyna models. In 2016, Toyota invested over R6,1 billion to facilitate production of the all-new Hilux and Fortuner at its Prospecton plant.


Qualification & Requirements:

Bsc/ Beng/ Btech qualification in the Industrial Engineering preferable
Experience: 2 - 5 years as an industrial engineer
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to think Logically and Analytically
Ability to work well under pressure within a structured environment
Good Time Management skills
Must be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Production and production planning skills will be advantageous

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Cost and Data Analysis
Analyzing and monitoring the flow of processes
Procurement planning
Designing efficient systems to integrate workers, machines and materials in the current processes
Effective communications with all departments to ensure targets are met.
