Industrial Gas Application Engineer

Min Requirements:
• 10 yrs. experience in gas industry
• B.Sc. Mech. Eng.

Main Responsibility:
• Review and interpret customer specifications and drawings to provide technical solutions, including noted exceptions as required, to support the applications / proposal submittal process.
• Responsible for the execution of defined work or projects.
• Interact effectively with multiple parties within the company to ensure continuous improvement initiatives including interaction with the finance department for the effective control over work-in-progress.
• Recommend and manage process improvement.
• Handle multiple application proposals simultaneously and meet scheduled submissions as required.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain and grow the sales base.
• Identify product issues, concerns, and trends to assist in developing processes for addressing those concerns to improve product and service quality.
• Communicate requirements for order fulfillment to relevant parties / departments.
• Develop engineering and installation work scopes, schedules and cost estimates to facilitate total scope project offerings.
• Analyze and manage potential commercial risk relating to projects.
• Work with other departments / parties both internally and externally to ensure product issues, concerns, and trends are addressed and brought to closure.
