Requirements:

Industrial Engineering qual (B-Tech, N.Dip, B.Sc, B.Eng)
5 Years process engineering exp
Computer literate
Good communication skills

Duties:

Define and manage manufacturing processes (optimize, process capability, improvements and developments) - Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN
Manage contineous improvement and other process projects
General management principles
Root cause analysis i.e. 5 Y's, Fishbone diagram etc
Monitor production floor and improve processes
Introduce new products
Adhere to OHS
Supplier and client liaison
Plant, product and process developments and improvements
Project management
Energy efficienty programs - cost saving initiatives
Manage KPI's
