INDUSTRIAL PSYCHOLOGIST

The applicant must be bilingual (English and Afrikaans), attentive to detail, have exceptional interpersonal skills, well developed organisational skills, and the ability to work very accurately and independently. An entrepreneurial mind set is strongly recommended. Registration as an Industrial Psychologist at the HPCSA, approximately three to five years’ relevant experience, own reliable transport and a valid driver's license are requirements for this position. The successful applicant must also be willing to travel on a daily basis to clients.

The applicant reports directly to the Managing Director and the main tasks and responsibilities include: * Further and sustained expansion of the existing Industrial Psychology projects * job analysis, recruitment and selection * development and presentation of training * organizational development * team and personal development * psychometric assessments for selection and development * basic labour law consultation * facilitating strategic planning * career counselling * job evaluation * conflict mediation * employment equity and skills plan facilitation and submissions * all other HRM and administrative tasks related to this position.
