Our client is looking for an experienced IR Officer to handle all disciplinary procedures and generalist HR tasks including medical id, pension fund, leave etc.

This person MUST have a minimum of 3 years exposure to Disciplinary procedures, i.e. warnings, counsellings, grievances, CCMA and full knowledge of South African Labour Law.

Qualifications:
Post Matric IR/HR tertiary qualification
3 year’s current experience in industrial relations is essential
Fully conversant in English (Written and Spoken)
Fully Computer Literate

This positon is NOT for an intern or recently qualified intern.
