This is a fantastic opportunity for an Industrial Relations Specialist to provide professional ER guidance and support, Labour planning, Employee Relations, Manage ER systems and procedures. Coordinate teams’ administration service, Manage Employee Benefits as well as Employment Equity planning. Ideally you will have a Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Management. A minimum of 8 years’ Industrial Relations experience in a mining environment is essential.
