This position will fulfill the necessary requirements of a specialist who will be responsible for labour litigation, legal drafting and interpretation of collective agreements to ensure compliance. The Specialist will be responsible for collective agreements; supplier labour risk management, monitoring and compliance as well as to provide support to the IR department in respect of legal advice.

Qualifications and Experience .
NQF6 – (360 credits) at the 8 – Level Framework
Required Qualification: 4 year Law Degree (LLB)
Preferable qualification LLM
Admission as an attorney preferable .
Extensive Knowledge of Statutory / Legal Labour Law requirements .
3-5 years post admission experience with an emphasis on labour disputes and labour litigation experience .
Work experience in highly unionised organisation preferable.
Computer literacy (MS Office; word and excel)
Above average attention to detail .
