Job Description:

Strengthen and expand the current business and relationships with existing customers.
Business development with new customers and markets.
Deliver annual trading profit plans by implementing sound business strategies.
Obtain detailed and up to date industry and market knowledge and analyse trends and data.
Provide training, technical assistance and expertise to customers.
Responsible for maintaining acceptable pricing and margins.
Seek new applications for existing product range and identify new products for customers.
Manage resources to develop and deliver products and customer services within area of responsibility.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending technical conferences, educational workshops and reviewing professional publications in line with the business requirement. As well as maintaining knowledge of new internal developments.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing targets according to the business growth strategy.

Qualifications:

Matric.
Tertiary qualification or RPL.
Minimum of 10 years’ sales and business development experience with proven track record in the Homecare Industry.
Computer literate with good MS Office skills.
Goal driven with a passion for sales and building relationships.
Must be prepared to regularly travel both locally and internationally.
