POSITION AVAILABLE: INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS (ICT) MANGER
AREA: NELSPRUIT

Purpose:
To lead the development and implementation of the Company’s Information and
Communications Technology (ICT) Strategy to ensure the company can achieve its business
and strategic goals.
Manage the IT operations of the Company and ensure the ICT systems and people are
effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and requirements of the
businesses.
Required Competencies:
1. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver on ICT strategy.
2. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with all
stakeholders.
3. Ability and experience to understand and work within a manufacturing and
international marketing business with multiple sites.
4. Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems. Experience with SAP ECC highly
desirable.
5. Demonstrated organization and time management skills.
6. Training Requirements:
a. Degree in a related disciplines.
b. Induction Training.
c. As per Training Database when directed
