Role:

Translate IT strategy into effective IT Service Management and Operations plan
Integrate and coordinate the implementation of infrastructure architecture strategies and plans.
Oversees services transitioning and manage network infrastructure risk
Manage Information Security key processes e.g. Penetration test and Denial of services processes
Monitor and review effectiveness and efficiency of infrastructure processes and technology in order to;
Optimize organization policies, processes and practices; • Analyze trends, events, incidents, problems and changes;
Identify appropriate corrective actions. • Input into IT overall budget including CAPEX, track and monitor expenditure.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification, 10+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management
Project certification will be an advantage
ITIl certification will be an advantage
Experience in IT management with the focus on the following:
Network design, implementation, complex problem solving capability
Good understanding of the Infrastructure architecture standards
Knowledge on networking, data centre design, and information security
Risk Management
Quality Orientation
IT Infrastructure and related monitoring tools
Project Management and business case writing
IT Change Management
IT Solutions Implementation will be an advantage
