Job description:

• Take initiative in exploring new value propositions in order to acquire new customers as well as retain existing customers
• Assisting Business Unit to meet their Strategic drivers
• Migrate customer to do the correct behaviour and utilise electronic channels
• Drive revenue and reduce cost
• Build, assist and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external parties to support the customer value proposition strategy
• Assisting in Testing and Training
• Assist in Marketing initiatives for both Above the Line and Below the line execution, i.e. planning , insights
• Build relationships with the different business units within Bank that are involved with retail and online partner interactions
• Process flow diagram representation as well as Project management Reporting
• Look for opportunities where Retail and Distribution can enable relevant segment strategies.
• Identify innovations, build businesses cases
• Assisting with gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results
• Having sight on product mix and selling price by keeping aligned with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
