My client is a multinational pharmaceutical company who seeks to employ an Innovations Manager for their Consumer Health division

Minimum Requirements:

Pharmaceutical or Scientific Masters degree
Experience in cross functional project management with international environment
Good knowledge of Financial reporting, P&L, and Balance sheet impact and Standard cost methodology
Good understanding of the Supply Chain

Role

Defines the project
Lead the Local Innovations steering committee

Se up Planning and Key Performance indicators
Supports the local launches projects
Define and implement actions to improve launch process and team effectiveness
Communicates about the Affiliate launches status
