To manage, coordinate and execute all activities in the department relating to the technical installations for clients and training and development for the Network, in order to build competence and workmanship that support the business in achieving its set objectives and ensures overall customer satisfaction.

Education :
o Matric
o Graphic Design Course - advantage

Experience:
o At least 5 years experience in Automotive, Architectural and Paint Protection Film installations
o 5 years experience in running a workshop
o 2 years experience in disassembling and assembling all types of vehicle door panels
o Experience in glass fitments and glass types

Knowledge:
o Knowledge of Coral Draw or equivalent
o Knowledge of the automotive industry
o Knowledge of root cause analysis and other problem solving techniques
