Top Manufacturer of plumbing supplies firm seeks Instrumentation Technician and Electrician. Maintain and Repair Instrumentation, Electrical (e.g. wiring) and electronics of plant.

Non-Negotiables (We will check):

* Maintain and Repair Instrumentation, Electrical (e.g. wiring) and electronics of plant
* Expert in Electronics and Electrical Diagnostics
* Familiarity with Instrumentation and electronics systems
* Essential: PLC programming e.g. Siemans S6/7, Mitsubishi, Idec
* Ability to read drawnings
* Analytical - Problem solver
* Conscientious - Does things right
* 5+ years maintenance artisan
* 3+ years on electricals and instrumentation

What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Manufacturer of plumbing supplies sector. All duties would take place in this context.

Diagnostics & Repair
* Fault finding on equipment: Electronics and Electrical
* Repair of faults

Configuration and Programming
* Configuration and programming of PLCs and Instrumentation Systems
* Installation of sensor systems, boards etc...

Installation
* Electrical wiring: 2 phase and 3 phase
* Installation of instrumentation and PLC systems


Key Job Deliverables:

* Repairs of Instrumentation and Electronics
* Repairs of AC and 3 phase wiring. Machine installations etc...
* Repairs within SLA times

Background work experience:

* 5+ years maintenance artisan
* 3+ years on electricals and instrumentation
* Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation
* Factory instrumentation and electronics systems
* AC and 3 phase wiring. Adv: Wireman's license.
* Electrical and Electronics fault finding and repairs
* Essential: PLC programming e.g. Siemans S6/7, Mitsubishi, Idec
