Mentoring and Coaching
Calibration of equipment
Knowledge of the mine health and safety act
Programming of SCADA system and PLC Siemens S7
ABB systems
Ability to use electrical test equipment and hand tools
Cement plant instruments and equipment
Problem solving skills
Plant maintenance
Implementation & installation
Maintenance and installation of fiber cables and Profibus DP.
Maintenance and installation of Ethernet network.
Calibration of Densities and Belt scales ( Process Automation )
Installation and calibration of various instruments ( Vega, IFM and Krohne , etc )
Be able to maintain and install the camera systems
able to maintain and install the wireless system for the boreholes and cameras.
Able to program two way radios and repeaters.
Able to maintain and install the metal detection.
Able to do standby when required.
Training and Development of subordinates and apprentices
