Minimum Requirements
• 2 – 3 years proven experience in Insurance Industry
• Relevant qualification
Responsibilities
• Day to day administration procedures regards to quoting, contacting clients and processing claims.
• Updating of all administration systems.
• Audit checks and filling
• Dealing with contracts and service level agreements.
• Liaising with insurance clients to maintain good relationships.
• Staff training.
• Invoicing.
• Collection of outstanding payments.
• Allocating payments.
• Reporting.
• All insurance related customer queries.
• Managing team members and insuring all tasks are completed.
• Recruiting new clients with great customer service
