Vibrant insurance sales contact centre based in Goodwood requires experienced insurance claims administrators for their call centre environment.
Duties
Provide administrative support to the Contact Centre
Processing Renewals
Processing Returned Debits
Processing endorsements
Adhering to best operating practices within the Contact Centre environment and achieving targets
Negotiating and liaison with business partners on various levels
Provide clients with factual information and always be open and honest
Client service: having a proactive approach and successfully handling and resolving of queries or complaints
Having good business etiquette when interacting with clients
Requirements
Matric
NQF Level 4 in Short Term Insurance
FAIS compliant
Relevant RE exam
Minimum 2 years Short Term Insurance experience
Minimum 1 year Call Centre experience (advantageous)
Fluent in Xhosa & Zulu
